A bit of our story

GROLLA is an Italian inspired restaurant

with a modern and adventurous menu, where most of the dishes have a smoked element added.
We take inspiration from North West Italy Alps and Coastal area, where traditions assimilated exotic ingredients, and tiny narrow restaurants are adorned with paintings and decorations, like in the Cinque Terre and Val d’Aosta.
We use smoke as a lean way to create unequaled flavors and textures in a delicate way, with each dish smoked with different techniques and types of wood, cause nothing is overly Smoked and everything is an adventure for the palate.
We have lots of not smoked options like our oven roasted fish, and we offer a variety of Gluten Free and Vegetarian options (we take great care of dietary requirements, let us know yours at 0490 533 023).
To go alongside our dishes we selected an Italian wine list, inspired by the regional traditions and constantly updated, by bottle and glass.
The intimate atmosphere of the dining area, with a new Bar layout, is perfect for private functions and events, with a long table up to 26 seats.
