"Being Italian, I wanted a Menu I would be excited to eat" Paolo

With a modern and adventurous menu, where most of the dishes have an exotic element added in. We take inspiration from North West Italy Alps and Coastal area, where traditions assimilated not local ingredients to traditional recipes, and tiny narrow restaurants are adorned with paintings and decorations, like in the Cinque Terre and Val d’Aosta.

Dishes where tradition meets different techniques, like our smoked duck breast carpaccio or our smoked pork rib; and don’t let me start with our desserts
