NEW! Vin Brulé served from wooden GROLLA

It’s a traditional winter drink in Piedmont and Val d’Aosta, prepared boiling local red wine with spices and adding some more spirits (as per Paolo’s family recipe); it’s a traditional remedy for seasonal cold too, or so they say. Adding to the experience we serve it from traditional hand carved wooden Grolla (which we take the name from) like the one in photo, this add a wood, coffee and butter aroma to the Vin Brulé.
